The Deluxe for up to 80 Guests

The Basics Deluxe Wedding Package features our Sailcloth Tents which are constructed with a lighter, semi-translucent material which lets in natural light during the daytime events and glows during evening parties. Sailcloth tents are the most beautiful of all of the tent options and will give your wedding or event an intimate feel.

Our Packages allows a bride to create her own personal reception venue for her wedding reception. Every bride is unique and so should her wedding reception venue. Our tent wedding designs accommodate 88 guests seated including your head table, buffets, beverage stations, gift and cake tables and dance floor. Each tent package is a starting point to help you customize your special event. For more package options check out our Add-On Packages. 

All seating tables shown have 8 guests seated at 60" round tables. We base our buffet tables on one 8' table per 50 guests. Beverage stations are one station per 100 guests. If you are doing specialty drink bars should be one per 75 guests. Your DJ and band will need space under the tent as well, so be sure to ask what size area they will need. Packages below do not include installation, delivery, sidewalls or lighting.

For your Guest tables, choose our Polyester 90" Linens. There are four colors available for our guest and speciality tables: White, Ivory, Black and Navy Blue. For additional color options or for linen upgrades please contact us for availibility and more information.

To upgrade to our Ice Crystal Chiavari Chairs there is an upcharge of $198 for this wedding package.
